We offer ‘Complete Package’ options as well as ‘DIY’ packages for our luxury pop up picnics and table settings, making Flower and Graze suitable for clients on any budget.

With so many variations in cushion colors, napkins and plates, we are sure to be able to meet the needs for your next event.

We can also cater to small packages through our DIY option with no minimum spend required so if you only need our low lying picnic tables, be sure to contact us.

We pride ourselves on being one of the first luxury picnic businesses in Melbourne having established in 2018, with a team of friendly and professional staff to execute a stylish luxury picnic or table setting for your next event.

    Complete Luxury Picnic Package

    The "Complete Luxury Picnic Package" is our most hassle-free option. It allows us to take care of all the set-up details, so all you need to do is enjoy your special occasion.

    Your styled luxury picnic is sure to stand out with the following inclusions in this package:

    Custom made low-lying tables, rugs/floor coverings and cushions in the colour of your choice from our range

    Table setting with placemats, ceramic/stoneware plates, gold stainless steel cutlery, cloth napkins and glassware

    Table decor including candle holders, candles and flowers (flowers are available fresh, dried or as a combination selected by us to suit your selected theme)

    Set-up and pack down

  • DIY (Do It Yourself) Package

    Allowing clients to pick up and set up their own picnic settings, our DIY option allows you to spend less, without compromising on style.

    With the DIY option, clients can expect the following inclusions in this package:

    Custom made low-lying tables, rug/floor coverings and cushions in the colour of your choice from our range

    Table setting includes placemats, ceramic/stoneware plates, gold stainless steel cutlery, cloth napkins and glassware

    Table décor including candle holders, candles and dried flowers to suit your selected theme

    3 day hire period

  • Customised Packages and “Add-ons”

    Make your picnic experience uniquely you with our add-on option and personalised packages.

    Allowing you to hire individual items including backdrops, boutique furniture or cake stands to add on to an existing package, or we can create a personalised package to meet your needs to include any of our items from our hire range.

    There is no minimum spend for DIY packages.

Tablescaping/Table-setting Service

We aim to create an impressive and glamorous table setting for your next event in the environment of your choice, including your own dining room or in an events space.

Come to us with your inspiration and our tablescaping services will bring your vision to life. Personalised packages are created based on client needs and therefore, are quoted on request. The complete package or DIY option is also available for table-setting packages.

Spoil yourself and your guests with a luxury pop-up picnic experience by Flower & Graze. It really is a captivating and delightful experience, both indoors and outdoors.

Pop-up styled picnics are perfect for any event including baby showers, hens parties, bridal showers, weddings, business launches and corporate events. You can choose to have your event in one of Melbourne’s beautiful parks, in your own home or office space. We can help you pick your location.

Or have our team create a styled tablescape/table-setting for your next event. Anyone of our tablescapes on our low lying picnic tables is transferable to standard sized tables and chairs.
